T-Com or Tea-Com is Training-Com is Training Committee.

This is a small committee dedicated to training new Opers to empower them with knowledge and the AfterX way of life. Before becoming a fully functional global sailor sailing the open ocean blues, he/she must remain a local Oper, staying close to the harbour where it is calm, shallow, close to home and safe.

A T-Com member will guide the wee sailor through the perils and fun of being aboard the AfterX ship, keeping an eye out for pirates and helping those in distress. Finally, when the time is right, the T-Com member will put the local Oper through a standard web-based IRCop test. The test looks at every conceivable aspects of life aboard, with highest consideration given to their mindset and attitude where there is no real right or wrong answer to set sail the wide open blues.

Every AfterX Oper will be aware of the OperPak - a comprehensive package of documents related to being a "good" AfterX Oper with some technical information for those who are a true seaman or seawoman. The OperPak is maintained by T-Com members.

Membership of T-Com is decided by its chair and/or Net-Com.
